Engineering Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of 2 Million Barrel Capacity Crude Storage Terminal. Project Comprises of 04 Nos. DDFR Storage Tanks Each with Capacity 500,000 Barrels (85 M Dia. x 19 M Ht.), Marine Loading Pipeline & Shipping Pumps with Capacity to Load 60,000 BBL/Hr (9,480 M3/Hr.), Captive Power Generation Unit (6MW), Terminal Automation, Electrification, Civil & Structural, Residential Colony & other Associated Terminal Facilities.
Successfully deployed 89,000 Engineering Man-hours Covering Process, Mechanical (Static/Rotary), Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Fire Protection, Piping, Pipeline Disciplines

Quantum Terminal Ltd (2016)

Project: Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of Petroleum Storage Terminal and Dispatch Facilities

Engineering Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of 455,000 Barrels Capacity Petroleum Storage Terminal. Project Comprises of 05 Nos. Tanks (including 03 Floating Roof) Storage Tanks of Variable Capacity with Highest Capacity of 19,000 CBM, 20 Fully Automated Tanker Loading Gantries, 32 Nos. Loading Skids, 12 Nos. Additive Blending Skids, Terminal Automation, Pipeline to SBM Manifold, Truck Loading Access Control system (SYNCADE), Electrification, Civil & Structural & other Associated Terminal Facilities. Design is Successfully completed through deployment of 55,000 Engineering Man-hours Covering Process, Mechanical (Static/Rotary), Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Fire Protection, Piping, Pipeline Disciplines.

SKA Energy FZC (KAFZA-II Terminal – 2016)

Project: Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of Petroleum Storage Terminal and Dispatch Facilities
Engineering Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of Diesel Storage Terminal at Khor-Al-Zubair, Iraq. Project Comprises of 06 Nos. Storage Tanks, 252,000 Barrels, Product Intake Pipeline Tie-in, Automated Product Loading Gantries, Terminal Automation, Electrification, Civil & Structural & other Associated Terminal Facilities.
100% completed through deployment of 21,000 Engineering Man-hours Covering Process, Mechanical (Static/Rotary), Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Fire Protection, Piping, Pipeline Disciplines

JV Co. of Vihama, Oil Chanel & Waterway, Ghana (2016)

Project: Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for Petroleum Storage Terminal Engineering Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of 642,000 Barrels Capacity Gasoline & Gasoil Storage Terminal at Tema, Ghana. Project Comprises of 06 Nos. Storage Tanks having nominal capacity of 17,000 M3 each, Product Intake Pipeline Tie-in at KMSL Manifold, Automated Product Loading Gantries, Terminal Automation, Electrification, Civil & Structural & other Associated Terminal Facilities. 100% completed through deployment of 24,000 Engineering Man-hours Covering Process, Mechanical (Static/Rotary), Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Fire Protection, Piping, Pipeline Disciplines.
